“Grabbed the victim around the neck”: police seek men over terrifying Hampstead robbery

Police need your help finding these men who subjected a pedestrian to a brutal robbery on the streets of Hampstead.

The incident occurred on Saturday 24th September on Heath Street in NW3.

A 27-year-old man was assaulted and had his watch stolen by two men, who are described as “wearing hooded bomber jackets with their faces covered”.

The victim suffered minor injuries.

“One man had grabbed the victim around the neck and the other man removed his watch from his wrist,” said a Met statement.

And DC James Dillury from Camden CID added: “This is a shocking incident that has left the victim very distressed. We are keen to identify the two men in the CCTV footage so we can speak to them about the incident. We would also urge anyone who witnessed the incident to contact us.”
