Missing: 83-year-old with diabetes hasn’t been seen since yesterday

Police in West London need your help finding a vulnerable man who has gone missing from Fulham.

Loy Fat Wong, 83, was last seen at home on Tuesday morning.


“Officers are concerned for Mr Wong’s safety and welfare as he speaks little to no English, has insulin dependent diabetes, and has cognitive impairment causing memory issues,” police said.

“Mr Wong is Chinese; around 5ft 8ins tall with short grey hair and carries a black metallic walking stick with name and son’s phone numbers stuck on it. It is not known what he was wearing when he went missing.”

Mr Wong is believed to go to the Shepherds Bush, West End and South Ealing areas. He has his Freedom travel pass with him, and some cash.

Anyone who has seen Mr Wong or who knows of his whereabouts is urged to call police via 101.
