Mutilated horse found in Havering field after mystery farm animal death

Police in Havering need your help tracing those behind a dead horse found in Upminster.

Officers found the animal last Saturday in land near St Mary’s Lane.

The horse had sadly died by the time police arrived. A vet who examined the animal saw it appeared to have been mutilated after it died.

Examinations are still underway to find out the cause of death.

There have been no arrests as of yet.
