Online fashion retailer Asos set to expand London HQ creating 1,500 jobs

Popular online clothes shop Asos has announced it will be recruiting over a thousand new staff members at its Mornington Crescent headquarters.

The company, which sells through the Internet and delivers to customers, is looking for specialists in areas like marketing and technology.

It is understood the new offices will bring around 1,500 jobs in addition to the 2,500 already in place.

The building as it currently looks

The building itself will also be undergoing a redesign, with more floor space getting snapped up to make way for a library and health club for employees.

“Our people are what make Asos special. We are creating a workspace that fosters creativity, where they can enjoy what they do,” said Asos boss Nick Beighton in a statement.
