Police growing concerned for missing Polish woman who was visiting London

Police need your help finding a missing Polish woman who came over to Britain to visit her son but disappeared on the way home.

Irena Wawszczak, 62, was coming back to London on a Sinbad coach on 24th October after visiting her son in Northampton.

When the coach stopped at London Gateway services in Mill Hill, she left the coach and did not return.

She was later spotted in nearby woodland, and asked a boy on a nearby farm where the bus station was in Polish.

“Officers are increasingly concerned for her well-being and would urge anyone with information on her whereabouts to call police on 101 or Missing People on 116000,” said police.
