This was the moment Prince Harry went for a run in Willesden Green

Prince Harry has been out running with volunteers and homeless youngsters this week as part of a charity event.

The prince, who is fifth in line to the throne, put on his running shorts and trainers for a run lasting over 15 minutes in Willesden Green.

The event was organised by the Running Charity, which helps young people use sport to improve their life skills.

Claude Umuhire, an organiser, told the BBC that Prince Harry “didn’t find any of it hard, I think he’s been training just for today.

“He found everything easy,” he said.

“I tried to get him in the warm-up but he did pretty well, he kept giving me looks though every time I said five squats.”
